Vinificación de Porto Messias Cosecha 2003: vino fermentado con despalillado parcial a temperatura controlada (24-28ºC) cuando el mosto alcanza el valor de dulzor deseado, la fermentación se interrumpe con la adición de brandy (77%), posteriormente crianza en madera de roble durante un Período mínimo de 7 años, en almacenes de Vila Nova de Gaia hasta su embotellado.
Tinto leonado
En boca es dulce y delicado, con taninos suaves y redondos. Final largo y persistente
En nariz destacan los aromas a frutas del bosque, combinados con algunas especias y toques de caramelo, comenzando a emerger un bouquet evolucionado.
