Vinificación del Quinta de Azevedo Torra Grande Escolha Branco: Las uvas cosechadas manualmente son inmediatamente enviadas a la cámara frigorífica. Después de alcanzar los 10ºC, son suavemente dirigidas al despalillador y prensadas suavemente a bajas temperaturas, seguidas de una decantación estática en frío durante 3 a 5 días, con el levantamiento de las lías en las primeras 24 horas. Fermentación con temperatura controlada entre 15-16ºC. Maduración: Después de la fermentación alcohólica, el vino permaneció durante 8 meses en toneles de 1200L y barricas de 500L de roble francés de 1ª y 2ª utilización. El 15% del lote permaneció sobre lías en depósito de inox para preservar toda la frescura.

En la boca entra lleno y con mucho volumen. Nuevamente destaca la fruta madura de hueso, pero muy fresca, que permite soportar toda la intensidad. Termina largo y persistente.
Aroma exuberante a fruta madura de hueso, con notas de albaricoque o durazno rojo bien maduro. Destacan también las notas del envejecimiento en madera.
