Vinificación del Vino Duorum Tinto: Después de seleccionadas, las uvas se despalillan a la entrada de la bodega, se estrujan y se conducen a lagares de acero inoxidable con pisado robotizado. Es en esta fase cuando se realiza la maceración pre-fermentativa a bajas temperaturas. Posteriormente se procede a la fermentación en cubas de acero inoxidable a una temperatura máxima controlada de 28ºC. Maduración/ "Elevage" en barricas de roble francés durante 12 meses.
