O Mirabilis Tinto está inspirado en la línea de los grandes vinos del mundo, donde se crean texturas, aromas, gravedad y transparencia. Tras la cuidadosa selección de las mejores parcelas y una vendimia minuciosa, este lote entra en confrontación con el origen de la materia prima, dejando de lado el concepto de terroir. Es un vino irrepetible, no copiables año tras año, con una composición heterogénea de pequeñas cantidades, pocos litros de cada una de nuestras mejores barricas, pasando por una larga pericia de cata hasta el resultado final. O Mirabilis refleja los años vitícolas con mayor profundidad de Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, reflejándose en un vino denso, intenso en aromas, tridimensional, con enorme persistencia física, profundo y muy preciso. Un vino que supera nuestra comprensión y que con calma se acerca a la madurez humana. Estancia: 12 meses
