La Viña de Sobreira, una ladera entre las cotas de 280 y 290 m, fue plantada en 2001 con la variedad Syrah, proveniente de selección masal. Esta viña de secano se beneficia de una exposición noroeste y de la proximidad a un pequeño bosque de alcornoques que promueve la biodiversidad. El suelo, predominantemente arcillo-arenoso, tiene algunos elementos gruesos de cuarzo y granito, con un bajo contenido de materia orgánica. La conducción de la viña se realiza por cordón bilateral. En 2017 convertimos a agricultura biológica, evolucionando hacia la biodinámica en 2020, reflejando un compromiso con la sostenibilidad y la promoción de la regeneración del suelo.
