Vinificación del Vino de Oporto Quinta do Crasto Finest Reserve: Las uvas, provenientes de Viñas Viejas, fueron transportadas en cajas de plástico alimentario y sometidas a una rigurosa selección a la entrada de la bodega. Tras un suave estrujado sin despalillado, fueron enviadas a un lagar tradicional de piedra donde fueron pisadas por hombres a intervalos regulares. Posteriormente se les añadió aguardiente vínico, deteniendo así la fermentación.
