Vinificación del Vino Tinto Cortes de Cima Reserva 2014: La uva fermenta sin raspón, a temperatura controlada, combinando el método "trasiego y retorno" y remontados regulares, precedidos de un prolongado periodo de maceración de los hollejos, en el que se destaca las características frutales de las variedades de uva, y aporta estructura y equilibrio tánico. El vino tuvo una crianza de 14 meses en barricas de roble francés (90%) y americano (10%), tiempo durante el cual se combinaron las características de las variedades de uva y los componentes del roble. Se embotelló sin clarificar y con filtración en abril de 2016.
Taninos armoniosos y textura cremosa.
Intensos frutos negros, con notas de chocolate y especias.
