Vinificación del Vino Branco Beyra Riesling 2021: Vendimia manual con estrujado de todo el racimo para preservar todo el potencial primario de la uva. Fermentación en depósitos de acero inoxidable, a una temperatura entre 16 - 17ºC durante un periodo de unos 20 días con levaduras autóctonas Crianza con removido de lías – “batonnage” hasta el embotellado a finales de enero de 2019, seguido de una crianza en botella durante 14 meses en el sótano.
Gran volumen en boca, notas cítricas marcadas por una vibrante acidez y salinidad, muy fresco y final largo y persistente.
Aroma muy intenso y mineral donde destacan las notas cítricas en perfecto equilibrio con intensos matices florales.
