Vino blanco hecho de uvas de la variedad Alvarinho exclusivamente producidas en Monção y Melgaço. Los viñedos tienen más de 12 años y son de baja producción con niveles elevados de acidez y buena maduración. Es un vino hecho a la antigua con curtimenta, con más color y más taninos. Pretende explorar al máximo el potencial de la variedad Alvarinho. Vinificación del Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Curtimenta 2021: Despalillado parcial. Maceración pelicular seguida de fermentación con las pieles durante algunas horas. Termina la fermentación en barricas usadas de 400 litros. En las mismas barricas sufre batonnage durante 9 meses sobre lías totales.
