Quinta dos Murças Minas procede de viñedos plantados en una ladera entre 110 y 300 metros de altitud. Estos viñedos, orientados al sur, más expuestos al sol, producen uvas con mayor concentración. En estas mismas laderas se encuentran varias minas de agua, que refrescan el ambiente y permiten un equilibrio entre una mayor maduración y el frescor tan característico de Murças. Vinificación del Vino Tinto Quinta das Murças Minas 2021: Vendimia manual, mesa de selección, despalillado, estrujado, alcohólico Fermentación con levaduras autóctonas a temperatura controlada (25º a 28ºC) en molinos de granito mediante pisado y prensado en antigua prensa vertical en tinas de hormigón y barricas usadas de roble francés, durante unos 9 meses.
Intenso, con toques violetas.
Dominado por el frescor y la vivacidad, tiene taninos firmes y maduros, con una acidez bien implicada. Final largo y persistente, destacando el equilibrio entre su frescura y maduración.
Exuberante y concentrado donde dominan las frutas rojas y negras maduras, algunos aromas florales y balsámicos, como la jara.
