De color ámbar oscuro con el aroma antes mencionado de piel de naranja, caña de azúcar, nuez moscada, vainilla y barricas viejas. ¿Qué tiene el buen vino que siempre me hace cosquillas en la nariz y casi me hace estornudar? Éste sí y tal vez sea la concentración del vino y el bouquet del relleno de la copa. Gran complejidad, tanto en el bouquet como en el paladar, y me encuentro volviendo a esa copa en concreto varias veces durante la cata. Sólo para olerlo.
