De los viñedos de Quinta da Teixuga proceden las uvas Encruzado, que durante muchos años han sido consideradas de gran potencial cualitativo por quienes tuvieron la suerte de elaborar vino con ellas. Nacido de un lote exclusivo, envejeció durante 19 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, hasta lograr la total integración del vino con la barrica, revelando la estructura y complejidad características de esta variedad de uva reina. Carácter, elegancia y atrevimiento es lo que define a este Teixuga Blanco. Celebremos, pues, la pasión por Dão.
