El Gin Sharish Laurinius es una Edición Limitada de 3883 botellas, con un envejecimiento de 1 año en barricas de Aguardiente Vínica de Lourinhã, una de las 3 únicas regiones demarcadas de aguardiente vínica en el Mundo (similar a Cognac y Armagnac). La idea de esta edición surgió durante una visita de los responsables de Aguardente Louriana XO, Paulo Marcelino y João Brito, a la Destilería Sharish Gin. Rápidamente acogida por António Cuco, se acordó que sería una versión del Sharish Gin Original, en la cual se sustituiría la Manzana Bravo de Esmolfe por Pera-Rocha del Oeste, añadiendo un botánico extra, la hoja de Laurel, en homenaje a Lourinhã.Botánicos: enebro, Lúcia-Lima, cáscara de naranja y cáscara de limón del Alentejo, semilla de cilantro, clavo, vainilla, canela, Pera-Rocha del Oeste y hoja de laurel.
