Um vinho muito fino elaborado 100% a partir da casta Rufete, o qual fermentamos em duas pequenas cuba de inox, parte com engaço, parte sem. Dessa forma, somos capazes de extrair por um lado a componente vegetal e rustica do Rufete, e por outro lado, o perfil mais frutado e elegante. O Lote estagia em barricas usadas de carvalho Francês de forma a que a madeira não se sobreponha ao carácter varietal do vinho.
