Henriot Brut Souverain fue el primer champagne creado por Maison Henriot Este champagne cuenta la historia de todos los crus de sus viñedos, haciendo de Brut Souverain un multi cru Es una mezcla de las tres principales variedades de uva de la región de Champagne Chardonnay, Pinot Noir y Meunier Esta cuvée fue nombrada Brut Souverain por Ernest Henriot, nieto de Apolline, cuando Maison Henriot fue nombrada proveedora oficial de champán de la corte del rey de los Países Bajos y del emperador austrohúngaro. Es un vino magnífico para disfrutar como aperitivo.
