El Alto dos Amores – probablemente el paisaje más extraordinario de Dão – siempre ha sido el punto de encuentro de las parejas enamoradas en Vila de Santar. Si antiguamente la magia de este paisaje servía para conquistar corazones, hoy las uvas que allí crecen sirven para conquistar los gustos más exigentes de los amantes del vino. Es esta historia de amor la que sirve, a diario, de inspiración a todos aquellos que trabajan para elaborar este monovarietal de Touriga Nacional de Casa de Santar. Vinificación de Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Touriga Nacional Tinto 2013: Estrujado con despalillado total, maceración de pieles prolongada y fermentación alcohólica suave a 26ºC Crianza: 18 meses en barrica de roble francés y 6 meses en botella.
Afrutado, suave, bien estructurado y con notable persistencia final
Intenso y complejo, destacan los frutos del bosque, frutos rojos muy maduros y su gelatina. También presenta notas florales y notas especiadas.
