Pardusco Private es un vino tinto hecho exclusivamente con la antigua variedad Alvarelhão, conocida localmente como Brancelho. A través de las antiguas tradiciones portuguesas, es un vino tinto que envejece durante un largo período en barricas usadas. Tras la vinificación en depósito de acero inoxidable, el vino pasa a una crianza de 24 meses en barricas usadas. Un vino tinto muy original, sedoso y con fuerte mineralidad. Pardusco era el nombre dado a los grandes vinos tintos de Monção y Melgaço del siglo XIV, que fueron los primeros en ser exportados a Inglaterra. Caracterizados por su color claro y poca extracción, hechos a base de la variedad Alvarelhão (Brancelho), estuvieron en la base de la gloria de la región vinícola de Monção.
