El perfil de este vino es la apología de la elegancia. Vinificación del Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica 2018: Prensado muy suave de uvas enteras despalilladas. Clarificación en frío durante un período prolongado. Fermentación en barricas nuevas de roble francés de 400 litros. Crianza en estas barricas durante 9 meses con bâtonnage sobre lías totales.
