Vinificación del Aguardente Adega Velha Doble Etapa 13 Años: Las uvas, seleccionadas por su alta acidez y bajo contenido en azúcares, dan origen a un vino ligero y equilibrado, que posteriormente se somete a dos lentas y cuidadosas destilaciones en un alambique Charentais, traído de la Región de Cognac, en Francia. Luego del proceso de destilación, el Brandy envejece en barricas de roble francés. El lote final, con una edad media de envejecimiento de 12 años, se somete luego a un período de envejecimiento de 12 meses en barricas de vino de Oporto Vale D. Maria, garantizando la conservación de las características originales del brandy.

En boca tiene una textura aterciopelada y una excelente complejidad aromática con un final suave y sedoso con notas de fruta, miel y especias.
Muy rico y complejo, destacando un perfume con notas frutales y maduras y matices de frutos secos resultantes de la crianza de 12 meses en barricas Vale D. Maria.
