Vinificación del Vino 2 (Dos) Quintas Blanco: La fecha de vendimia de cada parcela se decide después de sucesivas pruebas de uva en el campo. Tras la decisión tomada, las uvas se vendimian manualmente y se transportan al centro de vinificación, separadas según la variedad y la parcela. Sigue una maceración de racimo entero en frío por un período de aproximadamente 24 horas. Las uvas frescas se prensan suavemente y el mosto se transfiere a las cubas subterráneas, donde se realiza la decantación. Así se ajusta la turbidez del mosto y se inicia la fermentación. Cerca del 90% del vino fermenta y envejece en cubas de acero inoxidable y el restante 10% en barricas de roble francés y austríaco de diferentes capacidades.

Amarillo pálido con reflejos dorados
La entrada en boca revela amplitud, pero siempre suave, volviendo a encontrar el mismo tipo de fruta madura acompañada por una acidez fina. El final en boca es largo y muy persistente, lo que hace difícil no volver a beber.
Aroma delicado, donde se mezclan los aromas dulces de flores, como rosas, y la fresca sensación aromática a piedra. Después de agitar suavemente, es la fruta más madura la que se muestra acompañada de un ligero aroma ahumado.
