Vinificación del Vino Quinta Vale D'Aldeia Reserva Tinto: Las uvas se cosechan a mano, en cajas de 20 Kg, en su punto óptimo de maduración, buscando que presenten una maduración vigorosa que conduzca a mayores concentraciones aromáticas y polifenólicas. Tras un suave estrujado y despalillado total, las uvas se fermentan en cubas de acero inoxidable permitiendo así que los componentes de calidad presentes en las pieles de las uvas bien maduras pasen suavemente al vino. Este vino tuvo una crianza de 14 meses en barricas de roble francés de 400L (2º año).
