Vinificación del Vino Titan Etapa en Barro Tinto 2019: Uvas frescas en su punto ideal de maduración, recogidas a mano en cajas de 20 kg, son transportadas a la bodega donde se someten a una cuidadosa selección manual, despalillado y pisado a pie en lagar de granito, donde ocurre dos tercios de la fermentación, siendo el último tercio y los siguientes 16 meses de crianza, en pequeñas tinajas de barro, donde a través de su porosidad hay un mecanismo lento de concentración del vino.
