As uvas fermentaram em depósitos de inox. Após o estágio de 19 meses em barricas usadas de 225l, efetuamos uma colagem ligeira prévia ao engarrafamento. O vinho repousou 1 ano em garrafa antes de ser comercializado. Todos os nossos vinhos são vedados com cortiça natural. Os vinhos não são filtrados nem estabilizados pelo frio, pelo que podem dar origem a um precipitado com a idade.
