Vinificación del Vino Branco Carm Rabigato 2022: Las uvas se vinificaron con despalillado total, seguido de un suave estrujado y maceración de los hollejos durante aproximadamente 12 horas. Tras este periodo en atmósfera inerte, se realizó un prensado en prensa neumática, seguido de un periodo de clarificación del mosto, de 24 a 48 horas dependiendo de la variedad de uva y estado de maduración. Vinificación en hiperreducción, fermentación a 12ºC y trasiego en atmósfera controlada. Los vinos envejecen en depósitos de acero inoxidable sobre lías finas (batonage diario) hasta el embotellado.
En boca muestra una sorprendente acidez seguida de un notable volumen con persistencia.
