De la misma viña del JUPITER se afirma también la “Viña de la Micaela”. Son más de 20 variedades en apenas 3.600 m2 que son la expresión más clásica del territorio y terroir de Vidigueira. Vinificación: Vendimia manual. Uvas seleccionadas cuidadosamente “grano a grano” en una mesa de selección vibratoria. La fermentación se realizó en tinajas tradicionales, durante un período de 15 días. El vino maduró durante un período de seis meses en tinaja, con contacto pelicular, seguido de un período de 24 meses en barrica de roble francés de 500 L. Maduración de seis meses en botella, antes de salir al mercado.
