Quinta dos Murças Minas proviene de viñedos plantados en una ladera entre los 110 y los 300 metros de altitud. Estos viñedos, orientados al sur, más expuestos al sol, producen uvas con mayor concentración. En estas mismas laderas existen varias minas de agua, que refrescan el ambiente y permiten un equilibrio entre la mayor maduración y la frescura tan característica de Murças. Vinificación del Vino Quinta das Murças Minas Tinto 2021: Vendimia manual, mesa de selección, despalillado, estrujado, fermentación alcohólica con levaduras indígenas a temperaturas controladas (25º a 28ºC) en lagares de granito con pisado a pie y prensado en una antigua prensa vertical. En cubas de cemento y en barricas de roble francés usado, durante aproximadamente 9 meses.
