Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Branco es un vino blanco Dão de calidad excepcional, máximo exponente de elegancia y riqueza. Heredera de conocimientos ancestrales, Quinta dos Carvalhais combina experiencia con innovación para crear vinos muy elegantes, con sabores intensamente delicados y con la personalidad única de la región. Gouveio y Encruzado fueron cosechados por separado. La uva se descargó de cajas de 20 kg directamente en la despalilladora-estrujadora. Luego del prensado, el mosto fue sometido a decantación estática y luego fue colocado en tanques de acero inoxidable, donde se le agregaron levaduras autóctonas. Parte del mosto Encruzado 10% fermentó en barricas usadas de roble francés, y el resto permaneció en depósito de acero inoxidable. Gouveio fermentó en depósito de acero inoxidable. La fermentación se realizó a 18ºC, por un período de alrededor de 20 días. De este vino, un 10% de Encruzado fermentó y envejeció alrededor de 6 meses en barricas usadas de roble francés de 225L. La parte restante del lote (90%) fermentó y envejeció en depósitos de acero inoxidable. El matrimonio del vino de barrica con el vino de tina contribuyó a conseguir un mayor equilibrio en la tanda final entre el vino y los componentes aromáticos propios de la madera.

Boca con volumen, frescor y estructura. Madera elegantemente casada y un final largo y goloso.
Notas de limón y lima, matices de fruta blanca y ligeras notas vegetales.
