VINIFICACIÓN: La vendimia se realizó en el mes de septiembre. Las uvas fueron transportadas en cajas de 22Kg hasta la bodega. Estuvieron 12h en cámara frigorífica, siendo conducidas, por gravedad, hasta los lagares, donde tuvo lugar la fermentación completa con pisado a pie. El vino envejeció 12 meses en barricas de 225L y toneles de 600L de roble francés y austriaco.
