Con el proyecto HONORE, que celebra los 400 años de historia de Quinta do Crasto, se rinde homenaje a los hombres y mujeres que, a lo largo de los siglos, invirtieron en el cultivo de la viña y en la creación de vinos genuinos y únicos, que desde hace mucho tiempo sido reconocido entre los mejores del mundo Por primera vez y para celebrar el centenario de la adquisición de Quinta do Crasto por Constantino de Almeida, se preparó un lote único. De la excelente cosecha de 2015, año en el que la Quinta cumplió su cuarto centenario (1615-2015), nació HONORE Douro DOC, un vino único, que combina los dos viñedos más emblemáticos de Quinta do Crasto. Este excepcional coupage está compuesto por un 71,2% de vino de Vinha Maria Teresa 2015 y un 28,8% de Vinha da Ponte 2015. Tras una crianza de 20 meses en barricas de roble, sólo se produjeron 1.615 botellas Magnuns, numeradas en homenaje a los cuatro siglos de Quinta do Crasto. historia, uniendo su lanzamiento a la celebración del centenario de la compra y refundación de la Quinta do Crasto por Constantino de Almeida (1918-2018).
En boca presenta un inicio muy elegante pero lleno de intensidad. Un vino de excelente volumen, estructura compacta compuesta por taninos de textura elegante y muy bien envuelto en retronasales de frutos silvestres del Duero. Final fresco y muy persistente.
