Recrear una expresión habitual en cada edición mezclando toque a toque lotes de diferentes añadas es una idea innovadora que está en el origen de un vino pensado para consumir de una forma diferente, puramente golosa y relajada. Aporta tanto perfumes de frutas muy maduras, tan propios de los grandes vinos de podredumbre noble, como aromas de frutas frescas, que recuerdan al limón, lo que contribuye al vigor inmediato del vino. Amplio e intenso desde su entrada en boca, evoluciona hacia un frescor cítrico vivificante. Aunque este vino de Sauternes fue elaborado para beberlo joven, tiene un buen potencial de conservación.
