Vinificación del Vino Castello D´Alba Edición Limitada 2020: Vendimia 100% manual, para tinas de 800 kg de capacidad media Despalillado y estrujado; Maceración en frío durante 48 horas; Fermentación alcohólica durante un mínimo de 15 días con control de temperatura. Fermentación maloláctica a temperatura controlada de 18ºC durante 15 días. Crianza de 18 meses en barrica de roble francés, 2/3 nuevas, 1/3 segunda vino.
Largo y envolvente, se siente la fruta al final de boca, taninos firmes, muy maduros y suaves, fresco y muy elegante, que dejan entrever una excelente crianza en botella.
Aroma muy concentrado, con frutos negros del bosque, notas de regaliz, especias, violetas, bergamota, jara... en equilibrio con notas de barrica francesa muy elegantes.
