Vinificación del Vino Castello D´Alba Edición Limitada 2020: Cosecha 100% manual, para tinas con capacidad media de 800 Kg. Despalillado y estrujado; maceración en frío durante 48h; fermentación alcohólica durante un mínimo de 15 días con control de temperatura. Fermentación maloláctica a temperatura controlada de 18ºC durante 15 días. Crianza durante 18 meses en barricas de roble francés, 2/3 nuevas, 1/3 de segundo vino.

Aroma muy concentrado, con frutos negros del bosque, notas de regaliz, especias, violetas, bergamota, esteva… en equilibrio con notas de barrica francesa muy elegantes
