Una bodega, una tienda de vinos, un restaurante y un amplio espacio multiusos, distribuidos en tres pisos, componen la Quinta do Encontro, situada en pleno corazón de la Bairrada, en São Lourenço do Bairro, donde la tradición en la producción de vinos se remonta a 1930. Inaugurada en 2007, la Quinta do Encontro, bodega con la firma del arquitecto Pedro Mateus, está implantada en el paisaje vitícola, en plena armonía con la naturaleza, y es fruto de una visión diferente e innovadora de hacer y comunicar los vinos de la Región de la Bairrada. Insertada en un paisaje sereno, dominado por los viñedos, y teniendo como fondo las Sierras del Caramulo y del Buçaco, la Quinta do Encontro invita a quien la visita a establecer un contacto directo con la producción vitivinícola, desde la viña hasta la cata, y a degustar los néctares producidos por esta bodega, vinos blancos, tintos y espumosos contemporáneos y urbanos.
