Elaboración del vino: Todas las uvas se cosechan manualmente y proceden, en su mayor parte, de Quinta do Meco y viñedos más antiguos del Duero Superior. Al llegar a bodega pasan por la mesa de selección donde se realiza una rigurosa selección. Posteriormente se despalillan, se estrujan suavemente y se pasan a depósitos de fermentación troncocónicos de acero inoxidable, donde inician la fermentación alcohólica a temperatura controlada. Durante el proceso de fermentación se utiliza la técnica francesa del "délestage" que, al realizarse en tinas de forma troncocónica, tiene como principal objetivo aumentar la superficie de contacto con los hollejos en el momento de la lixiviación del mosto/vino sobre las masas (hat ). Como resultado se obtiene un vino concentrado y complejo, que respeta la elegancia y evita la rusticidad. Envejecimiento: Roquette & Cazes envejecido en barricas de roble francés, donde permaneció alrededor de 18 meses. Un vino que resalta las técnicas de elaboración de Burdeos, en perfecta armonía con la identidad del Duero.

En boca comienza seductor, evoluciona hacia un vino de excelente estructura, compuesto por taninos de textura aterciopelada. Final lleno de complejidad y persistente.
Excelente intensidad aromática de frutos rojos frescos y suaves notas de finas especias.
