Elaboración de Burmester 10 Años Oporto: Vendimia manual en su punto óptimo, las uvas se despalillan, estrujan y vinifican según un proceso que se basa en una cuidadosa maceración con extracción de color, taninos y aromas de los hollejos, complementados mediante remontados permanentes durante la fermentación. Esto se realiza en molinos, a temperatura controlada entre 28-30ºC, hasta alcanzar el grado Baumé deseado. En esta etapa, se agrega aguardiente de vino (beneficioso), creando un vino fortificado. Vino de alta calidad, obtenido mediante la mezcla de vinos procedentes de cosechas de diferentes años, con el fin de adquirir un complemento de características organolépticas propias de este estilo de leonado envejecido. Envejece en madera durante periodos de tiempo variables, en los que la edad mencionada en la etiqueta corresponde a la media aproximada de las edades de los diferentes vinos que participan en el lote, expresando el carácter del vino en función de las características que le confiere la crianza en madera. barricas.
