Vinificación del Vino Tinto Beyra Jaén 2018: Uva cosechada a mano, recepción con despalillado total y estrujado inmediato. Fermentación en tinas de acero inoxidable a una temperatura entre 16-17ºC durante un periodo aproximado de 20 días. Crianza de 8 meses en barricas 2/3 de roble francés y 1/3 de roble americano. Vino sin filtrar, sujeto a depósitos con la edad.
Boca amplia, con taninos suaves y voluminosos, con un final muy fresco y envolvente.
Aroma intenso y frutal, de frambuesas y cerezas maduras, en armonía con notas muy discretas procedentes de la breve crianza en barrica.
