Vinificación del Vino Tinto Brites Aguiar 2019: las uvas fueron completamente despalilladas y estrujadas. Después de la prefermentación en frío, contacto con la piel durante 48 horas. La fermentación se realizó en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada con una maceración total de más de 60 días pero sin grandes extracciones. El vino pasó a tinas de acero inoxidable donde realizó la fermentación maloláctica y luego pasó directamente a barricas de roble francés de 500 litros de primer y segundo uso, donde envejeció por un período de 18 meses.
Color rojo oscuro
En boca muestra una acidez viva y bien integrada. Los taninos son de gran calidad, con presencia de especias y frutos rojos maduros. El final es largo, intenso y armonioso.
Intenso y complejo. Notas florales, jara y lavanda, especias, pimienta, clavo y aromas de frutos rojos muy maduros. Presenta madera integrada de gran calidad, resultado de una larga crianza en barrica.
