El tiempo especialmente bueno de agosto permitió que las uvas maduraran de forma muy uniforme. Las uvas estaban muy ricas y perfectamente sanas. Los vinos son muy muy oscuros. Frutas como ciruela y mora se mezclan con notas de café, chocolate, un ligero humo y la frescura del regaliz. En boca ofrece gran intensidad con la calidad y precisión de taninos procedentes de grandes cosechas.
