Vinificación del Vino Herdade do Freixo Reserva Tinto 2019: las uvas de las diferentes variedades seleccionadas se cosechan según su estado ideal de maduración, en cajas de 20 Kg e inmediatamente se vinifican. Despalilladas y transportadas por gravedad a los tanques de fermentación, esta se realiza a temperaturas moderadas durante 20 días con una maceración prolongada que proporciona a este vino una extrema complejidad aromática. Su crianza de 12 meses en madera francesa nueva le confiere una complejidad y una elegancia notables. La maduración en botella dura más de 8 meses.
