¡Rareza! El aroma ocupa inmediatamente toda la sala. Sin nitidez. El más dulce de los aduladores se eleva en la nariz. Recuerda a los vinos del sur, Marsala. Detrás de él, muy lejos en el fondo, pero reconocible, algo ácido, cuero. Después de un tiempo, las naranjas jugosas están en primer plano, sazonadas con clavo de olor. No quiero beber, sino inhalar. Todo parece perfectamente armonioso y redondo, pero lleno de carácter. Una sensación en boca cremosa y bastante ligera. Notas de vino dulce y chocolate negro compiten. Pero el amargor está contenido, casi en la dirección de la leche entera. También están presentes los frutos rojos secos típicos del jerez: pasas, ciruelas, dátiles dulces. Y luego viene la madera de roble. El final es más oscuro y ácido que la impresión en boca. La madera de roble y el amargor se vuelven más fuertes. Se añaden ligeras notas de café expreso. El final es bastante largo y revela la edad del whisky. La lengua se pega al paladar y requiere más."
