El vino, cuidadosamente guardado en la propiedad, ha sido acompañado a lo largo de los años revelando ahora en el lote final un perfil de autenticidad, concentración y color que acompaña las deliciosas notas de almendras e higos secos.

Frutos secos con gran complejidad aromática, almendras e higos secos. En boca es notable la suavidad característica de los vinos envejecidos en barrica, pudiendo después de algunos minutos saborearse aún algo tostado, café, chocolate, miel, etc.
Notas de caramelo, frutos secos, ligera mermelada y miel que con el paso de los minutos se mezclan con matices de cáscara de cítricos caramelizados
