El vino A de Arinto se elaboró a partir de una única variedad de uva, Arinto. La maduración de la uva fue lenta y bastante equilibrada y se vendimió en la segunda semana de octubre, manteniendo la acidez deseada y el buen estado sanitario de la uva. alfombra de elección, la uva fue ligeramente pisada con el pie, para romper la baya y macerada durante 12 horas con un racimo entero para posteriormente prensarse directamente, sin decantación, en barricas usadas de roble francés de 225 y 228 litros donde fermentó de forma natural con levaduras autóctonas y crianza, sin battonage en las mismas barricas durante 10 meses, sin crianza limpia y con las lías de fermentación hasta el embotellado. Un vino con buen potencial de guarda.

En cata, entrada fuerte y mineral con predominio y volumen cítrico. Piel de limón, cuerpo medio y final igualmente medio.
En nariz ligera reducción, aromas a hierba seca, manzana y ligeros tostados de la barrica.
