Vinificación del Vino Ervideira Invisível Blanco: De una selección de los mejores lotes de Aragonez, y del resultado de una vendimia nocturna (moon harvest), nació este vino – Invisível. El mosto es transportado en camión frigorífico hasta la Bodega. Allí, se conduce por gravedad a la cámara de frío, donde permanece decantando durante 24 horas a bajas temperaturas. Tras este proceso, el mosto es inoculado con levaduras seleccionadas y la fermentación se desarrolla a una temperatura controlada de 12º C, durante 15 días.
