Vinificación del Vino Conde D Ervideira Vinho da Água Tinto: Fue elaborado a partir de una mezcla de variedades seleccionadas cuidadosamente para elaborar un vino único, exclusivo y apasionante. Crianza: Ganó complejidad y persistencia al ser envejecido en barricas de Roble Francés. Después de la crianza en barricas fue embotellado y sumergido en las tranquilas aguas del Alqueva, donde maduró a 30 m de profundidad, durante 8 meses.
