Vinificación y Crianza Las uvas se cosechan a mano y se transportan a la bodega en cajas de 20 kg. Después de pasar por una cuidadosa selección manual, los racimos son despalillados y las uvas son ligeramente aplastadas antes de ser dirigidas a la cuba de fermentación. A continuación, se lleva a cabo la fermentación alcohólica del mosto en cubas de inox a 24-26ºC. El vino reposa en barricas usadas de roble francés durante un período de 12 meses.

Un vino muy original de un bellísimo color granate
Intenso y amplio en sabores, con taninos presentes pero muy frescos y vibrantes, mostrándose aún así elegante, refinado y largo en el final de la cata.
Perfil de nariz muy fino con aromas intensos de frutos del bosque, mora madura y ligeras impresiones vegetales que generan mucha complejidad y finura.
