Vinificación del Vino Quinta da Alorna Cosecha Tardía Blanco: Después de ser recogidas en octubre, las uvas sobremaduras fueron seleccionadas y prensadas cuidadosamente, siguiendo la fermentación con temperatura controlada a 12ºC, que fue interrumpida por el frío cuando el vino registraba 11% vol., resultando así en un vino dulce.
