Vinificación del Vino Cortes de Cima Reserva Tinto 2014: Las uvas se fermentan sin raspón, a temperaturas controladas, en una combinación del método "rack and return" y remontados regulares, precedido de un prolongado período de maceración de las pieles, lo que realza las características frutales de las variedades, y proporciona estructura tánica y equilibrio. El vino fue envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas de roble francés (90%) y americano (10%), tiempo durante el cual hubo una combinación de las características propias de las variedades y de los componentes del roble. Fue embotellado sin clarificación y con filtración en abril de 2016.
