Un vino que refleja el carácter y la elegancia del terroir en cortes superiores. De nuestros viñedos en el viñedo, sobre suelos arcillo-calcáreos, crecen las uvas que utilizamos en este coupage compuesto por syrah y touriga franca. Nuestra vendimia es manual y se realiza por la noche, en las horas más frescas de la mañana. Toda la uva pasa por la mesa de selección, procurando que sólo los mejores racimos lleguen a la fermentación, que se produce de forma espontánea, siguiendo una filosofía de mínima intervención. Los vinos envejecen en barricas de roble francés de diferentes edades durante 12 meses, antes de envejecer el lote en acero inoxidable antes de ser embotellados en junio de 2022.
