Vinificación Caminhos Cruzados Encruzado Reserva Blanco: Cosecha manual en cajas de 20 Kg. Selección manual en tapete de elección. Tras despalillado y estrujado, las masas se envían a una prensa neumática donde se realiza la separación del mosto de las pieles, siendo luego sometido a decantación estática a baja temperatura durante 48 horas para clarificación, fermentó en cubas de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada, envejeció alrededor de 12 meses en barricas de roble francés, parte nuevas y parte usadas.

En boca es voluminoso y fresco con una acidez viva en un final largo y persistente. Es un vino muy gastronómico con gran potencial de guarda.
Presenta un aroma mineral y complejo donde destacan notas de frutos secos y notas cítricas con ligeros apuntes de barrica bien integrada.
