Vinificacão do Vinho Esporão Colheita Tinto 2022: Início da co-fermentação das uvas em lagares, com pisa-a-pé, a temperaturas controladas (22 a 25 C), terminando em cubas de betão.A maturação, após a fermentação malolática, aconteceu nas mesmas cubas de betão, durante 6 meses. As condições de microoxigenação, únicas deste tipo de depósito, procuram respeitar o carácter do vinho.
