Vinification of the Sparkling Ribeiro Santo Excellence Brut Nature 100% Touriga Nacional. Special parcel from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Manual harvest. Total destemming. Low temperature decantation for 24 hours. The first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. Battonage for 3 months. The second fermentation occurred according to the traditional method in the bottle, in a cool cellar for 36 months. Produced by Magnum Vinhos.
